Adult Pottery Taster
Have a go at trying your hand at the beautiful art of ceramic making. The session is 3 hours long and is split into two parts. You will be experimenting with making a mug using the hand-building technique and also learn how to use the potter's wheel and try your hand making few small pots.
Pottery for Beginners
Our 6 weeks classes cater for beginners and go through different stages to achieve confidence in throwing independently. Each session lasts 3 hours. You will be working with two different clay bodies and learn turning and glazing techniques to complete your ceramic pieces.
Self-Led Studio Space
Whether you want to improve your throwing skills or work on your own hand building project, this is the course for you. You can book time slots of 3 hour sessions in termly blocks. A member of the staff will always be on hand to support, if needed, with providing the materials, tools and expertise needed for your project.
Ceramic Painting
Immerse yourself into a mindful creative experience. Painting your own ceramics is a delightful blend of creativity, relaxation, and functionality. It is a two hours session that anyone can enjoy, whether for artistic exploration, bonding with others, or simply having fun! Book your place now.
Gift Cards
You will be taught a variety of hand-building techniques such as pinching, coiling and slab building and choose your own project to complete using the taught skills. There are templates, pictures and books on site to help you decide on your project.
